Default Speed sensor cranking voltage and IASV freq?

Trying to research a few things for a project I am working on

Q) what voltage should the crank sensor put out during cranking. I have a minimum value of 2.5v at idle but was looking for a cranking voltage.

Q) What frequency does the idle air stabilizer valve work at. I think its about 50hz but dont know for sure

THanks

sniff sniff I smell AEM!

PS though they wont want to help you, PD will likely know the crank question... they helped develop the sub board for the link if I remember correctly... may be wrong though.

With a cranking RPM greater then 200, the voltage should be >2V.
The period of the PWM signal to the air stablizer is 11.4ms or 87.6 Hz.
