18" wheels on 951?

Lord, did you see the car with the post?

It has a widebody kit. You can fit Cleveland under there.

I have 245x17 w/8.5" wheels on front and 275x17 on rear w/10" wheels and anything bigger rubs on stock bodywork.

Not exactly. I have 265/35 front and 285/30 Michelin Pilot Sport Cups on 18x8.5" and 18x10" rims. They fit fine with stock bodywork. When I get new tires I'll be going to a 295/30 rear. There is really a stupid amount of room in the fenders of these cars.

Now whether my car or myself actually needs such large tires is another topic for discussion. I just like the look

Is it true that ya lose Hp when you get so big. Or is it not enough to even notice?

I doubt you lose horsepower, i mean the wheels are directly affecting the engine. However, i bet id would slow down acceleration do to having to move a much larger tire. Also, it would probably require much larger brakes to stop the intertia created by the tires.

Funny how to even use larger ammount horsepower, you need larger tires which in turn slows your car back down.
