Boy, it has been a long road with the V8 conversion and full paint job and rework of the suspension but it we are at the biggining of the end.............

Thanks for your comments. The conversion was done by German Performance in Ft Lauderdale. They do the conversion with parts of their own development and engineering. the conversion works so well that the bottom engine shields fit with only minor adjustment and the strut bar is the same used for the turbo engine. The weight distribution move to the back by 1% on a total weight of 2930lbs.

yeah i personally wouldnt do the conversion either but, different strokes for different folks.
Its obviously a very clean installatiion and not a hack job. I was comenting on the obvious.
My father did a v8 conversion in our old 914...so I cant say much.
