TRULLY! Mine is Nautic Blau. You and I have two of the rarist colored cars, in our class and marque! Don't ever change the color!

I must have spent 1/2 hour trying to decide if your car was BLACK or BLUE!

I owned a black 951, that often looked black! The sky can make blak look red, if it so chooses.

You have a spectacular car! We BLUE/ BLAU Porsche guys must stick together!

Haha i repainted it in 2010. In its origal color. Kopenhagen Blau was only available on the 951 modelyear 1986. Pretty exclusive idead. Looks like azuri blue but not as flash.

In the states i THINK, yours is one of the few that is more rare than mine! That Ice Blue, or whatever they call it, if MUCH more rare, and I envy those who have it!

Beautiful car! , my friend!

pa951, is your roof wrapped in carbon fiber? If so, have you considered continuing it through to the 968 trim pieces and wing?

Yes i wrapped it. I did infact consider the spoiler and trim but think that would be to much of it. Maybe i'll do the spoiler but won't do the trim pieces. I kinda like the semi gloss black spoiler. It combines just fine with the rest of the car.

Compared to the roof, something like a fender or front bumper might be complex. I plan on completely wrapping my girlfriends car - 89 bmw e30, however this car is much more boxy than a 944 with more edgy body lines and should be easier to wrap for the most part.

Looks like you did a really great job with the carbon wrap!

Wrapping the roof was not to hard. The two curved mouldings took à lot longer.
