Guys
Got a new local member and 2 months into his ownership and contacted me for info on various car issues. However one item in his repair reciepts the car had a 930 disc or plate installed. Does the 930 interchange parts? Or is this a different 930? It was installed on a 87 951. Can you help me understand so I can convey to him?
I was not aware of a 930 disc on a Turbo 944. TIA!

Thanks David! Now is there a benefit one over the other? Cost or performance. For instance mine has a 951 clutch in an NA, heavy duty I assume. Thanks...

I have a 930 clutch in my '87 951. The previous owner had it put in, as seen in the receipts. The clutch diameters are the same, so they do interchange, however I do not know if it is much better than a stock clutch, and I'm probably sure the cup clutch is much better. I am about to buy a cup clutch, I drove my Pedro951's car with a cup clutch-much tighter.
