The AEM wideband is really nice.It gives you a digital readout as well as having LEDS for reference.I think the best part is that is comes in the typical 2 1/16" round size so you can stick it where you would put a boost gauge,etc........

I have one and it's great. True, it doesn't have all the datalogging functionality of the Zeitronix (I only need to datalog A/F which the AEM does). However, as TurboTim says, the best part is the gauge which I've mounted in my A-pillar gaugepod. Last time I checked, Zeitronix doesn't offer a gauge. Also, installation is very easy. All the controller circuitry is right inside the gauge. All you have to do is connect the harness between the gauge and the O2 sensor and you're in business.

I had one, It was agreat unit on my camaro because I had HPTuners which allowed me to datalog it with all the other engine parameters..
In the porsche it would be "ok"
Alof of turbo people dont like the AEM unit becuase it only goes to 11.0 on the guage.. at taht point it blanks out..
I dont think there are too many people on this site tuning for lower then 11.0 AF anyway.. so its not that big of a deal..
I resently aquired a turboXS tuner, which is a better unit IMHO not as easy to mount but it seems much more accurate, and It interfaces with thier other products which i plan on using with my car.

I have the LC-1, no datalogging control box, but it plays nicely with my EMS...

the whole point in the aem gauge is that it's pod-style.
afaik, there is no competing pod-style wideband gauge on the market for this price range. in fact, i think there's only one other and it's analog.
i've seen the autometer narrow-to-wide conversion gauges, but those seem flakey.
