I have a sunroof delete option.
It's in the u.s.
I don't have lsd though,
I wish I did
no cruise control, fastory lowered, no rear wiper, etc.
it was ordered from the factory so it could be raced.
though it never was.

I would love to know how many 86's had no sunroof etc.

Have you sat in a sunroof car with the seat adjusted?

Hi Peckster,

Yes, I have set in one with a sunroof and lowered the seat as much as it would go. I barely had an inch of room over my head. One idea is to tilt the back of the seat and lean back more, maybe with the help of a spacer on the steering wheel...

Cheers,
ST

I am not sure if they are originally Japanese market cars. I do know they are being imported from Japan, left hand drive, and most do not have sunroofs.

All 1989 cars have LSD, tranny coolers, M030, big front brakes. Alot of them seem to have sports seats, including mine. No sunroof delete, though. I have trouble with headroom wearing a helmet and I am only 6'1". The sports seats are electric height adjustable, which helps alot. It would be better if I could drive with sunroof open or off, but it is not allowed at our PCA autocrosses and DEs.

A friend of mine has an US-car ( '88 ) w/o sunroof. IMHO you could try to find good non-sunroof car and install a pair of Recaros and a LSD. Recaros give you even more headroom and are even a good headroom solution for sunroofed car.

Mine fits that bill and more, and is for sale!
Not sure about the street driving, though.
