Default Video: 0-200 km/h in my 951

Here's a small clip we made this weekend when autocrossing at an airfield. So it was not on a public road

I'm boosting around 1.15-1.2 bar dropping of to around 1.0 (Need a Tial bad!!)

I don't really launch the car that's why it's so slow in the beginning..
URL to video clip, please right click and save-as

And ehumm... that's my crazy friend in the end of the clip

Nice vid. Was that a new Elise that went past at the very begining?

And yeah, the laugh is hilarious.

Glad you like the steering wheel, I bought it this friday.
Very nice grip with the suede! Just need gloves and I'll be set in the steering department.

As far as power goes, I really don't know but it should be at least around 370 bhp.

Hehe we both felt a bit crazy that day so I guess he thought a laugh á la madness was appropiate

Yep that's a Lotus Elise S1.

Here's a pic of the steering wheel. But it doesn't do it justice at all:

Duke, how did you cancel the airbag light when you replaced the OE wheel with the Sparco, which is very nice, by the way... I'm a fan of that model myself. What size is that? 350?

Thanks, yes it's 350mm.
I didn't have an airbag wheel so installation was straight forward.
However, there's instructions here how to cancel the airbag light:

Yes it is around 12 sec.
I know you don't care much for HP numbers but that should be quite good shouldn't it?

well this is true about the HP. I do not care! I care more about accelaration time ;-)

well a GT3 needs 11 sec for the 100 to 200 km/h
Maybe you should fix your wastegate soon.
Or sent it to me and I will fix it for you;-)

That's a pretty good run! I did a frame by frame analysis, 100-200km/h went by at 12.2s in your car. It was a bit bumpy, so it might be off by .1s or .2s .

I'm gonna dig through my old vids and find my 100-200km/h times.

Duke, thanks for the link! I've always wondered how you could get around that without linking a button to the error code delete circuit!
