UK944T, when you get your TiAL, make sure that the bolts holding the SFR adaptor plates are on real tight. I know 3 UK owners (me included) who bought TiALs on the last group buy and all of us had our bolts come loose and burn the gasket away. Forewarned is fore armed.
The TiAL is a great WG for the price, and with your stage II Turbo you should be able to hold 15psi to the redline. I have the Guru chips and Tial set at 15psi and I dyno'd at 315BHP (not RWHP), but thats with my stock Turbo dropping back to 13psi after 5000rpm

MPH and trap speed are not related in a 1-1 fashion. I.e. a 13.5 does not equal XX trap speed. HP and TQ define those numbers independently of each other.

depends on what kind of tires and where you are running. on the street, i would think your tires would just spin or your clutch would slip. on the track with slicks, i think you could break something.

I agree with jyoon.
If you get a wastegate make it a nice one and never look back. Tial is nice. Then you can hold more boost and lean out your air/fuel.....if your running too rich.
Make sure to give us a update man.

The washer might work, I would get hold of some high temp locktight compound. NOT the ordinary stuff you get out of Hellfrauds!
Try sticking a spring washer on the back of the bolt. I would also be tempted to smear a very light amount of exhaust paste on all the gaskets before you bolt it up. Get it right the first time as mine has been off twice now with this problem.
Have fun fitting it, i know i did ) I will give you my phone number if you have any problems. 0141-999 999 999
