I used locktite 574 on the corners, the rest dry - 5000 miles no leaks. The torque sequence is pretty important ( check search or P repair manual). I didnt have one but a smaller gauge (inch/lbs) torque wrench would be helpful since you're dealing with 10 mm bolts. Good luck and take your time with it

Thanks michael2e.... I do have this as reference...as I am sure a bunch of you guys who have done theirs would know..... http://www.clarks-garage.com/shop-manual/lube-06.htm
I am definitely take my time... I will probably replace the rod bearings and other things while I am in there and have the suspension apart.... I have also considered getting the 2 piece crossover pipe and the 3 piece crossmember...... any experience with those pieces anyone? I know together with core exchange it amounts to around 500-600 bucks for both....which is a lot less than paying someone to fix the gasket... I was quoted 1100 bucks...that also included replacing some belts as well....is that a good price.... I just got the engine support bar today in the mailll(ordered it from ebay) so I definitely have to do it myself.... Any Atlanta owners who decide to do it themselves can email me once I am done and borrow the support bar if they need...

Also, installing a baffle would be a good idea (i got a leaky gasket and waiting for my next oil change, and im going to install a baffle kit).

When I did mine I couldn't for the life of me get one of the heat sheilds off by the turbo. Because of that I had to cut a section out of the bracket I got from MySwiss so I could put it on. Great things to have on there though.
I used 3M weatherstripping adhesive for the corners. That stuff i really sticky and sealed it well too.
One other thing I did that made a big difference was after I had everything in place and tightened up, i went around tightening the bolts 3-4 more times at the last torque setting. I noticed that by the time I finished the last ones the center ones were a bit looser due to the gasket being compressed. This made sure everything was tightened to spec at the end.
