The Petit Le Mans is Sept 22-25 at Road Atlanta, might be a good time for a GTG

A get together would be cool. Any idea when/where? I suggest a weekend evening in a couple weeks.
...boosted, i live in Brookhaven near Oglethorpe U. I need to get some pics of the 951 and update my sig.

Had my first track experience last week. A friend of mine runs a racing school out at the Talladega Gran Prix (not the NASCAR track, darn!). The car was amazing considering it's stock at 122k miles. Only went off the track twice...oops! gotta get that brake fluid changed!!

Bryans951... you moving here to Atlanta? Good luck....... My car actually looks exactly like yours...LOL same wheels and color. I also bought mine in Birmingham...You've probably seen it...I got it a month and a half ago from a Dyno shop owner...Wlaker Dynotune...in Trussville....Blake Walker was his name.....I think I have a pic of it at the beginning of this thread....

ATL951... next time you go out there...let me know.. I think that would be cool. I plan on doing some PCA autocrossing events and some DE events...... I am planning on eventually upgrading my brakes and suspension as well....gotta worry about the darn oil pan gasket leak first...then a few other performance mods after that....

no, I'm actually moving to Decatur, AL. I've seen your car before when I was dynoing mine at Blake's place. Blake owned my car at one time as well. Real nice guy.

Any of you Atlanta guys know of a good engine machine shop around here. Someone with perhaps a little 944 block experience?

Yeah...he said he's owned two other 951's as well... A red one, black one...and mine......

Decatur, AL is a little closer to Atlanta huh? I drive to Jackson, MS every once in a while...I remember passing it, but can't remember where....LOL

BTW....what did your's dyno at? I still talk to Blake about the car on advice and stuff...Really nice guy.... When I get some more mods on the car...I will probably take it to him so he can tune the AFC and dyno it for me....I don't think he'd charge me...LOL

Bryans951...I looked at your website and saw our dyno sheet.....very nice.... i noticed yours was dynoed back in oct of last year....Blake I think had my car basically stock back then.....He emailed me all the dyno sheets and in Oct of last year...I think mine dynoed at 195 at the wheels...LOL bone stock....He put all the upgrades in it in the last 6-8 months before he sold it.....You also have polished/chromed wheels....awesome looking....
