Oh yes, if you want more go-fast goodies, you are one lucky man to have Fast951 (John) right there in your neighborhood! I recently purchased a car (the "Ian Special" I call it, in honor of its builder) that has one of John's kits installed, and it is one incredible rush to drive!
Best of luck on the oil pan work. Don't let that discourage you too much.
As I'm sure you've already discovered, these cars are, quite literally, a blast!

Blake's car is pretty fast, Blake Walker is a very nice guy that owns the best dyno shop in town. I'm only 2 hours west of you guys in B'ham and picking up a 951 in Kentucky late next week.

Hey - I've been on the boards for about 6 months, had the 951 for 1 year although it's been in the family since 1990. Would be interested in any mtn drives, esp during the fall. Tail of the Dragon anyone??
My car is mostly stock, just has huntley chips and set at 15psi. It needs some basic maintenance done before (new front wheel bearings, new shocks and springs) any more mods get done.

Yeah...Blake Walker was a nice guy...I still talk to him and email him about the car and stuff....He has done several mods to the car in the past year....as seen in my mod list.....car runs great though...just got to get this little oil leak fixed...it pulls very hard too.....did you see the pic of my car...look familiar?

boosted951, I think your car has lots of potential. I have an idea of the turbo on it... However it was never tuned properly.. Does it still have the MAF on it.

fast951.... do you know my car? do you know the previous owner? iI think the prev owner had a Huntley MAF on it. I was going to and still may buy it from him. I need to tune the S-AFC better...it is running rich.....do you know how to tune one? Let's get together soon and I'll give you a ride....
