Default 951 drift car

Hey i was wondering if anyone had the link to the post of that one 951 drift car that looked like it had a pretty big turbo installed in it, and an *** of stickers all over the place.

it should say "BUILT FOR LOOKING STUPID" because it sure wasn't built for anything else. I love the motor... but the rest can be thrown in the trash... what a waste of smooth lines and a great interior!! YUCK!!

Looks OK for the style (well, maybe not the interior) , I think it's kind of cool someone is willing to spend that much money on a 951. It's gotta help keep values up, many people today have never seen a 951 but they'll sure see this one!

And it looks way better than some tired-*** examples that are being butchered by owners who have no idea what they're doing or can't afford basic maintenance.

I like everything about it but the paint, especially the flames... He even put flames in the interior. Aside from that, the engine looks awesome and the structural rigidity of the car must be, as well.

I'd also like to know about that intake - it looks like a 4 inch system that will work with the factory headlights. Must be a custom peice, I don't think any of the big tuners sell one.

Its SOOOOOOOOOO THICK Just look at that crazy crapy thing?

By the way, anyone knows what the drivetrain is like? (axles and Cv joints?) if he is drifting, he needs some good stronge axles.

That depends on the technique. It's clutch drops and shift locking that really kill drivetrain. If he's got the power, power induced oversteer is quite harmless to the axels/cv's, much less than a drag racing launch.

Isn't there anyone out there who have stronger CV joints?

We have clutches and axles (though i never heard of an axle breaking, just CV joints breaking).
