i dont have photos, I think I'll just go at it. It can't be that hard to figure out. Hopefully I wont have to do any modifications to it.
Congrats on the turbo removal! No striped alen? crossover pipe came off easy? Be proud!

Eyal and Eddie - the SSK is really pretty straightforward to install. I think you'll figure it out when you get in there and follow the text instructions you have. I'll look around to see if I saved the stuff from the 944Racing website and send it to you if I find it.

BTW, I love this mod. Short, notchy, mechanical shifts - just what I like. Not a BMW or Honda tranny feel if that is what you like

Well I kinda figured that out when I tried their website and called their phone # and there was nothing ..... Sad, that guy Jeff seemed like a nice guy
I thought someone would have down-loaded the install pictures ...
It seems the I run somewhere around a year behind on installing my parts

Yea, i saw this post, and i was like....Sweet they are back in business....then i looked at the date, lol. I always had good luck with them and pricing was good.

Does anyone know if you can still use the stock shift **** and boot like daniel951 is talking about

with this short shift you can, it only replaces the linkage on the transaxle itself.
