When you turn on the a/c and the idle falls, that is normal. But if falls and then picks up........

If you have a idle control valve, that's the way it operates. I do not have one

Hosrom- are those KS pistons forged? Thats what I have now, and is looking for an extra set.

I dropped a couple of blocks off with Duffin Engine in San Antonio. Very professional and friendly outfit. Family run. Russell and Donald Duffin. I toured the machine shop, and talked about the Alusil process. Tom Charlesworth ships his blocks down to Duffin, if that says anything. Some oversize pistons are on backorder [101]. Duffin is rough boring to see which oversize is required.
