Default Installed TiAl Pics

Okay guys, I am about ready to tackle putting the exhaust back in (man I cant believe it looks like I might put this thing together this year!) and I need some pics of the Tial installed. I dont need them of the just the WG but rather the entire exhaust. I.e. I need a frame of reference. The car has been apart for a while so remembering what goes where is becoming a challenge. I have the WG installed on the tube but I need to see how it is oriented. I also need to see some shots of your WB02 Bungs in relation to the rest of the exhaust so I can have one plubmed in later this week.
Thanks in advance.

Thanks David, anyone got anything from further out? I am trying to "measure" while the exaust is out of the car so it is hard to get a feel for where that is on the pipe that close in.

Hope this helps. Sorry for the size. It was twice as big before I resized it.

I'll see if I can't get some pics together. You won't see much of the wastegate, but maybe I can give you an idea of the orientation of the tubes.

Mike -

1) Is that about 2 inches up?

2) Is is 180 deg. from where David has his? Looks like one points out and one in.

3) You have an oil leak

Yup, it's about 2" up or so. David seems to have installed his further back from mine, I used a Bosch installation document to help me decide where to put mine. Page 2 has the index and then click on "installation"

Don't remind me about the damn oil leak. I'll deal with it (again) this winter. I'm sure it's the oil feed line to the turbo where it screws into the balance shaft housing.

I tried to put my WBO2 as close to the turbo as possible.

Perhaps not what you asked for but here is a picture of my Tial installation, I didn't use the infamous adapter plates. I made my own flanges and also made a support bracket connected to the transaxle tube.
