$12K should get you a very nice non-S. You could build quite the monster if you have a total budget of $20K. 300 rwhp should be easily obtainable for less than $15,000.

THats really exciting news. Ill keep looking for good examples, is there any place that all the sweet 951s are posted for sale?

I say tried the classifieds section on the board.

Also, you might get lucky and find a highly modified 951 for sale on the board.

Regarding the wheel offsets, it's really not a huge problem with the '86 cars - a lot of us just run spacers to fit late offset wheels.

One important thing to be aware of that I don't believe has been mentioned is production numbers. Don't be too anxious to pass over 86's, as there were/are more of them than all the other years combinded. Excluding them up front may severely limit the pool from which to choose.
