Your 89 Turbo should have the M030 adjustable suspension. The fronts are easy - look at the shock body in the wheel well and you should see that the body is a long THREADED section. There are threaded collars (perch and the lock nut) at the bottom.

Take a look to see how far down the perch is set - to adjust, you should use spring compressors to remove the spring tension, then unlock and move the bottom perch. Use something like PB Blaster or WD 40 and a wire brush to clean off the threaded sections before adjusting.

The rears are more work as they involve adjusting the eccentric on the trailing arms. Just do a SEARCH on the forums, but take a look at the fronts to see how far down the setting is first.

My car is set up on the lowest settings and I have no problem clearing driveways etc in my area.

Are these the factory settings for the shocks in the pictures? Sorry, these are the best pictures I have..

Hard to tell, but it looks like you are just right on your fuel pressure setting.

Could setting the konis too stiff effect the springs? Could it ruin your stock springs????
