Default Rear-ended in DD; bay area bodyshop?

Just got hit square in the trunk in my BMW, by a teenager in a pick-up. Anybody have any silicon valley body shop recommendations? I have used Carlsen in the past -- with inconsistent results (sometimes outstanding, sometimes not). Bodystlyes is probaby not into insurance work (or are they)? I've seen good work from Dunn's in Mt. View, but only on american cars.

Oh, and pay attention while driving!!!!

Hey Tom
Sorry to hear of your run in.
I would suggest Body Style in San Jose.
I have not used them but heard very good thing about them
Also, I have spoken to the owner Cecil and he is a very nice guy ...
Let me know if you need a ride over there
good luck
regards
Ed

Tom Brown's House of Miracles in Cupertino.
Used them twice, good results.

Tom,

Sorry to hear that... I don't have any experiences with body shops around here unfortunately.

I'm glad it didn't happen to your Porsche...

Gary.

P.S. Where / what is "DD"??

Do a search on the pelican 911 board for a lengthy post by a guy who just got some work done in San Jose. I posted to the thread, so you can just search for posts with my name (KLR). This fellow had some VERY nasty looking damage to his quarterpanel that was taken out perfectly for a great price. When you see the pictures, the result, and hear the cost, you'll be impressed.

Sorry, I edited that out of the message. DD meant daily driver. It's funny, I was happy too that it was not the Porsche, even though the BMW is worth more than twice as much.
