I am a Porsche technician aprentice!
Well, I have resisted posting anything about this for the past couple months because I didn't want to say anything until i have an official start date. I went through a long process of many interviews, questions, etc. I am to be Rusnak Westlake Porsche's new Technician apprentice. I'm going to be certified through them. first step in my carreer plans. (PM me if you want to know the plans... something about a business, modding, Porsche... hmm)
I start on Monday, full time, at $10.00 dollars an hour. (who tells a forum what hes getting paid, seriously)
I have to take a "physical" which I'm sure is a nice way of saying drug test, which is fine, since I'll pass, and I have to pass a background check, which i will, because I have no history.
Anyway, I'm truely excited, as this is a big step, and involves working on and with Porsche's.

Eyal,
I want to work at the Rusnak in Pasadena.
What process did you have to go through to achieve this?
Is there an age limit?..
Please pm me
take care

Congrats!
Just remember, never forget where you came from. After you secure all the secret factory tech information, do not snub the rennlist!
Of course, you may no longer be of use on the 944 board, since the factory has long since forgotten the 944. Now you will most certainly become a 996 guy.

The 944 will always be my first, and foremost love, the 996 will always be a distant second. besides, a bit later in life I will be working with 944's!
