Refreshing suspension. What to get?

My 1986 951 car has 69k miles and drives nicely. The shop that did the recent work checked all the bushings and said nothing was loose that would affect alignment but suggested I change rubbers being that they are nearly 40 years old. I’d like to do everything at once.
What bushings do you suggest I get and is there a kit out there to refresh the whole suspension system?
planning on doing 1 or 2 track days a year. The car is completely stock right now on phone dials and will be getting 17” wheels.
Thank you in advance for your suggestions!

Def refresh the rear torsion bar carrier housing bushings, spring plate bushings, all front bushings including top mounts, shifter linkage bushings in the trans axle , tie rods inner and outer, sway bar bushings and end links and of course shocks and struts, try to find progressive front springs for a simple upgrade

I went full powerflex and have been very happy.
A good performance upgrade between going full mono/solid bushings and oem rubber - despite it saying S/S2 this should all work on the turbo and NA cars as well

I started with the rear suspension when I converted to coilovers doing the torsion bar carrier bushings, springplate to carrier and rear trailing arm bushings. Then, when I rebuilt my front balljoints, I upgraded to 968 caster blocks with poly bushings, and also upgraded the control arm to subframe bushings.
