You can check www.lindseyracing.com under wastegate installtion instruction. The only difference to the tial is that the ports on the Tial and the lindsey dual port wastegate are the opposite.

Using the spring rate of the wastegate to control boost pressure:
Run a new vacuum line directly from the side port of the wastegate to the banjo fitting located on the turbo to intercooler pipe.Note: Make sure there are no restrictors in this line
Cap off the vacuum fitting on the inlet of the turbo.
Disconnect the cyling valve.Note: The cycling valve can be removed entriely since it will not be used anymore.
Using an aftermarket boost controller to control the boost pressure:
Run a new vacuum line from the side port of the wastegate to the to the banjo fitting located on the turbo to intercooler pipe.Note: Make sure there are no restrictors in this line
Put a tee in this line and run it into the "IN" port on your boost controller.
Run a new line from the top of the wastegate to the "Out" port on the boost controller.
Cap off the vacuum fitting on the inlet of the turbo.
Disconnect the cyling valve.Note: The cycling valve can be removed since it will not be used anymore.

Thank you for the info. that would explain alot I figured out why the car wouldnt start some how the DME relay was loose so that solved that problem. That last bit of info for the boost controller setup very helpful thanks alot

Glad to say that the car is now able to start fine but I just need to fix the overboosting problem now. I was watching my boost gauge after I put the DME relay all the way back in and in 3rd gear it spiked upto 1.6 bar and I was only maybe 1/2 throttle or so, so I just let off. I am going to use the advice that TurboTim gave and run the vacuum lines like he said.
