Anyone ever have there MBC stick open?
All of a sudden I couldnt go above 5psi.
I checked for vac leaks then pulled the Reliaboost.
It was stuck open, I could blow through both ways.
I tore it apart and cleaned it, now its working fine and
holding boost like it should.

Mine was like that when I first got it. 6 psi on shimmed wastegate. I took it apart and cleaned the teflon thread tape fragments from the seat of the ball valve and it has been fine ever since.

Usually a large enough piece of dirt in the air stream can cause this to happen. It is rare but it does happen. The AccuBoost uses a conical seat that does not allow dirt to sit, and is much more tolerant to such environments.
