Car has no CAT, and is still fast. I do have what sounds like an exhaust leak coming from around the headers. Currently the exhaust is open from the turbo back (3 inch diameter) with two straight through mufflers.

If I remember correctly the exhaust is double walled tubing, and has been prone to collapsing from what I hear which could still cause a clog in the piping.
