I charged Andrew less than this guy's asking price, but in truth $395 is not a bad deal for a rebuilt unit. When I was searching for rebuilt units last year, I was finding stuff like this:

Also, a LOT of internet sellers would list them, but nobody seemed to have stock. Again, that was last year.

You can hack in a generic replacement, and I did that once, but I didn't care for the result.
