im trying to see what i can do for new parts to evaluate whether or not it's worth it to sell. can you give me good suggestions for the following parts, both brand, retailer, and price?

1) new coil-over suspension for all 4 corners - 300-400#/in
2) new clutch package (clutch, master cylinder, etc.)
3) new synchros for tranny (tranny rebuild kit?)
