Smile I leave for a few months to move and...

WOW! There are a lot of new people posting!
Anyway I was just courious how many people live in or around the Portland, Oregon area? I just moved here from Phoenix and I'm still trying to find a good dyno shop. Also if anyone needs a hand with repairs or maintainance (or 12oz's of moral support ) send me an email.

Thanks! I was going through withdraw without an internet connection at home...

I guess there are not very many 951 owners in my part of the country...

hi redeye,

Greetings from Vancouver, WA (I work in Portland). I hope you are enjoying the great NW. There is no better place to live, especially when the sun comes out in this area.

Here is a previous thread related to your question:

Redeye: Seattle, WA here. I know it's not too close to Portland but I wanted to say hello. It never hurts to meet another 951 owner.

iborrel,

I read some of your posts last month that you were having problems with your 951. Is she running well now?

By the way, I moved from Bellevue 1-1/2 years ago...still miss the excitement of Seattle.

ACG: For now the car is running well. I just hope things stay that way. The next mishap my really make me sell the 951. The good news is that I got my Bilstein Coilovers put on and th car looks awesome. I can't wait to get the thing aligned and on the track.

Thanks for the link ACG! I'm glad I'm not alone up here. So is there going to be a get together sometime? I just found a very nice, smooth, curvy road about 10 minutes from where I live (Hillsboro)! I'm sure there are better ones, but I just started looking today.

iborroel : I'm planing on taking a trip up to Seattle sometime in July or August. I'll be sure to let you know when.

I'm feeling better about my move every day...

Not too far away, Yakima, WA. There's some great autocrossing around you in Portland, not to mention the DE's.

Hello, from up on the sound. Glad to see another turbo in the area. I make it through your area 4-5 times a year. Maybe we can all get together, somewhere in the middle. Good autox's up this way if you want to try it.
