Intercooler Pipes Sneak Peak

Cheetah- Request Noted.
Macnewma- We can see about doing something like that as soon as all these pipes are out the door. It'll be configured such that it can be added later.
Duke- I had a intake manifold planned. Thats a little while down the road, since I will need to have some special dies made to make my own internal velocity stacks on a press. I don't like mig welding aluminum, and I try not to do it whenever I can. Unless you didn't mind the intake manifold being mild steel? It would sure cut down on the cost. Anything I can make in mild steel will be at least half the cost of aluminum or stainless. It can still be powder coated for corrosion resistance. The next product will be a test pipe, and if it sells well, I'll be able to afford a Tig setup.

Boostguy ..Awesome trying to make that manifold..save us a lot of money ..I would suggest something like Lindsey manifilds...about the mild steel..maybe a good idea but I wonder what the difference in weight would be....? have to look into it..
Still sign me up for the Pipes and manifold..especially the pipes..
Hey NZ still coming to California?

Mentally I am there, dude! I have to finishe my Masters first and do a proposal for the PhD, send it to a university over there and see what they can do... It will be hard leaving my baby here for a few years!

BoostyG-
I assumed it would have to occur after you get this first batch of pipes done. I might try to fab my own, but I know nothing about metalworking.
So these pipes are MIG welded? Interesting.

Studying masters of commerce in manufacturing and production systems, researching **** like the fit between production characteristics with heuristics used and performance etc about 8 research questions relating to formal system use.
Whats toluene?
Whats toluene?

Toluene is use to boost octane in gas. It is also used in the painting industry. From what I understand race gas has a more refined toluene in the gas blend than what you can buy in the paint store.
