Default Cylinder wall washing

How much fuel is too much fuel? Will running 9:1 AF Ratio cause this?

I'd like to hear the answer to this. I'm worried about the time from first startup of a new engine to the time it takes me to tune the idle mixture for a larger displacement.

That's a lot of fuel,would run very rough and I think yes it would wash your cylinders if run at that A/R too long.
