This morning, I had one (1) (uno) private message in my private message inbox, yet the system says my PM is full and is bouncing back messages. I deleted the message, so it should be ok for right now, but what do I need to do to free up space? I could not find any other folders to clear out. What am I doing wrong?

Go to your PM tracking area and clear those out also.

Yeap, I tried sending you a PM but it bounced back.

Did you clean up the "sent message" box? ... check out the upper right corner and there is a scroll box ("Inbox") that you can have access to.

Yeah I really think the default settings should be to not track messages and keep copies, since most people don't even know those features are there.

either make an instructions page for using the PM list, or put each sent/tracking/inbox all on the same page, in their respective boxes, so they can be seen right away. Inbox first, then sent, then message tracking...

I ran into this. On your PM page, you will see a pull down which states "Show messages from". Mine was set to 5 days and it showed my PM was empty. I changed the date to "the beginning" and a ton of old messages appeared that I hadn't deleted. You need to do this to both the Inbox and Sent messages folders.

Cleared them out and no more problems.
