If you are referring to my comment about the HG set, I was only asking for a price which Danno came back with the next day and was extremely helpful. Seriously went out of his way for me. If not dont mind me! Danno, will let you know once the welder has had a crack at the bolt! Dont want to take the head off if I dont have to!

No I am not refering to you. It seems kind of odd to me that a topic is called "calling Danno" or so and he posts to all other topics but that one.

"Danno, I don't understand why you stress the right chip set that much. The MAF has to be tuned anyway, so where's the point? "

That's because I've got chips specifically mapped for various MAF -sensors out there that are close to direct drop-in upgrades with no signal-massaging necessary. Then you'd only need minor +/- 2-3% adjustments here and there to optimize the configuration for your particular car. Too large of adjustments with the massagers will end up skewing the ignition look-up point in order to adjust fuel, and the skew is often in an unfavorable direction; either you retard the spark and have less than optimum power, or you advance it and hit the knock/detonation edge, which limits how much boost you can run.
