I dont know, I bet you could ask him. I was going to make one but as I was standing at my buddies shop and I see one sitting on the floor I said, I WILL TAKE THAT!!. It is a pretty simple piece, if I hadnt bolted it in I could have drawn you a pattern, if you are REALLY nice, I might be able to take it back out and do that for you.

Thanks for the offer matt, I am already troubling you with the line dampener removal, I will make one myself, I have to make provisions for my IC sprayer anyways so the design will likely be different.

EDIT: Oh, you could share where the bolt holes are, or how it gets sealed around the IC... silicon gasket?

There are no bolt holes on the bottom, it fits in there perfectly, the IC sits on it so tight I didnt see a need for a gasket, there is a gasket on the base of the IC but it was TIGHT (so much so you couldnt bolt it up) I suppose you could lay a small bead of silicone on it. The top part of it (which is loose so I can show you that) bolt to the bottom and to the IC using the stock holes on the IC and two drilled holes for top to bottom screw in.

You have a top part? Maybe a drawing would be handy!

Hey I have spoken with the boys at SFR and they will cut the header panel as long as you walk it in the door and pick it up. So if you know someone in San Diego Ship it to them and have them take it in for you. The fees are still the same. I also asked about 931 vent holes and they want $250.00 to do it.

IPSC, thanks for asking them.

1) Heck of a time shipping one and not damaging it, be careful how you pack it

2) 250 is too much for that, any body shop should be able to do it for FAR less.

Really any competant body shop should be able to cut the holes, cut the support, and paint it for less than 200 bucks.

David and Matt... what are the dimentions of the the holes and the gap between them? Do either of you still happen to have a template handy that I could print out twice and place on a nose after measurements?

Also, about sealing off the IC and all, what ducting did you use exactly to do this?

Thanx once again for all your help. After I get the tires done and some of the small things finished I'll be on the hunt for a nose panel from a parts car (NA probably).

Kevin - the holes on mine were drawn free hand they are about 6 inches and there is about a 1" gap.

You remove the stock ducting and use a flat piece of aluminum for the bottom and a piece of aluminum for the top.

Mine are also hand drawn, 2"x9" 1" space

The SFR duct is rather neat, flat pice on bottom and another piece bent around top and sides completely seals intercooler.

David - mine might be 9" as well it looks identical to yours (I didnt draw it). Yours also looks a touch off center, ours really are twins!

A pic would be great! Thanks Matt... 250 is WAAAAAAY to much to fit the 931 vents, unless that includes the vents, then its getting better...

Mine is like 1/16 off but if you look close you can tell, to their credit there was no hood badge to draw a line from.
