Anyone in Northern Virginia with an upgraded car?
I finally got out of the secluded cowtown of Blacksburg VA, and am home in the Tysons Corner area. Is there anyone who would like to give me a ride in their upgraded car (be it engine, brakes, suspension, etc.).....I am trying to decide which direction to go with my car, and would realy like to get a real life feel for what seat-of-the-pants differences upgrades make.

A bunch of us will be at the PCA Potomac DE at Summit Point this weekend. You should really head out there if you can. Now that I'm running in white, I may be able to take you out for a few laps . . . but I'll have to check with the Chief Instructor first.

Friday is an Instructor only day. I won't be there, I'll be at work.
There might be a few 951's there on Friday. Tony Kelly, white #11, might be there. He's a tall guy like you, tell him you went to VT with me.

I'll also be at the DE this weekend, we can run around on the road if you'd like - I've got a mildly modified 951S - APE chips & MAF, test pipe, double-adjustable Konis, RA-1s, Recaro SPGs.
Edit: It's silver rose w/license plate 951S, shouldn't be too hard to find.

Hey, sorry to stray slightly off topic... but while everyone is here and reading, I'm hoping to have a VA/DC/MD gathering in May or June somewhere in the NoVA area. I have contacted about a dozen people individually who all have sounded excited about the meet. When I get my summer schedule worked out, I will post details and ideas for locations in ALL the forums (I have talked to owners of 911s, 993s, 944s, 928s...).

That sounds like a fun venture...I had been wanting to host a get together myself. But if you are doing one, let me know what I can do to help spread the word (Other than rennlist :-))
