Perry, now that you're in Atlanta, you need to hook with John owner of Vitesse Racing, take a ride in one of the test mules!

I've seen cars that have taken the bottom part of the dash removed. Just keep the gauges. I have a shot with the dash removed, but it's fuzzy. There really isn't anything left all the way to the windshield.

Oh what the heck, here they are. Use your imagination.

One benefit of this is that Jim has already removed his dash and installed a brand new one in his 86 that he got off ebay. Took him a weekend to get out and install. I hope to go down to Corpus in two weeks - " there won't be anything left" - but we can do the dash, alarm, air bag controller, install the roll bar, seats, steering wheel, get the wiring out that we don't need, fab up the plastic for the gauges etc.

Engine mods are sort of on hold until we get the suspension underneath her, but we do have an idea.

fast951, John the DME went out Monday afternooon.

I sent an email this morning to an inquirer, $175 shipped. If I don't get a reply from him by this afternoon, you can fall in order. I'll let you know..
por951 turbo, originalsterm. Yes they'll fit an 87.

Try GTRacing.com.

Order the catalog, trying to look at the stuff on their online pdf catalog is a pain in the butt.

Mine is carbon. Looks very nice. Supposedly, it is from the factory 924GTR molds.

One thing you need to do when installing a bunch of guages, is sit in your car, dash in place, hands on steering wheel, then mark the area of the dash you can see without moving your hands. If you have to move your hands, or your head to read the guage, it won't get read.

Hi Jim, just busy as it can be. Between the Monitor to be released, testing the boost control in the SMT6, the BMW and 911 software, there is not enough time in the day Oh, and prepping my race car for a track event..
