I did get the pins and bearings, but had to get Brock's machinist buddy to make me some new threaded retaining sleeves. The arms are back on the #144, but haven't been track tested yet because racecar fire.

I got my parts from Racer's Edge and the pin, bearing and shipping was about $250USD. I think I paid another $50 bucks for a pair of machined retaining sleeve inserts. So it was a lot of money to get those arms back into service, but cheaper than new high strung arms and spindles. They are nice for sure, but are they that much nicer than high strung for the price?

I called Charlie a few years back for some new longer 19mm pins and he said he had plenty of 19mm pins. I don’t think he has ever had 17mm pins. As mentioned he doesn’t deal with public (I don’t blame him) and referred me to a retail shop he supplied parts to. Charlie had the shop call me at my request because I like things easy when I spend that much for pins. However...Porsche...Turbo...Best custom A Arms, Best Pins. I remember seeing a set sell for somewhere around $2,600 years ago (Lart would probably know) on eBay. They are definitely a work of art.

Yes, I sometimes forget that they are wholesale only. I'll ask Charlie about this next time I talk to him, we buy all of our Porsche engine gasket sets and Pagid racing pads from them.

Very common option for the track guys, also 944 Cup legal for racers:

https://www.facebook.com/highstrung44/

$1150 for a pair of arms, including US shipping, and have the option to run early 944 ball joints from $10.50 per ball joint for aftermarket or $73.25 per ball joint for genuine Porsche (current Pelican pricing).
I'll add them to the list now.

I would join the Premier Group and post in the group buy section, should not have any issues getting 10+ orders for new Charlie Arms.
Thanks! Did not know that group existed.

Can I be on the possible list as well?
Of course. I'll put your name down.

Back then they were ~$2,000 for a pair, and IMHO, worth the $$ if you track your car frequently.
Nice, thanks for the price input.

Thanks to everyone else for all the input on the sourcing of replacement parts. I had heard mixed comments on sourcing pins/parts today. Has anyone tried putting Fabcar or racers edge pins in (since they are still produced)?

Would be interested to hear, Droops83. Maybe you can nudge him to make this second run possible

Side note - we have 6 people to date interested.

Any pics of these installed on you car? Can't see them on F@#$ktbook without having an account.

Not referring to the Porsche groups just Facebook

There are no photos of the arms installed on a vehicle on the FB page.

These are the only pictures of mine I have handy, I can snap some more on the weekend if there is something in particular you’d like to see, they’ve been on the car for 5 years:

Here's mine. I took this picture to illustrate the one small problem with the High strung arms. At high caster settings and low ride height, the bar can contact the tub.

I have these, they are works of art. To the OP I think these worked on some 911 as well though I don’t know details. But if you want a bigger group of buyers some of the 911 guys would like these as well I believe.

I did not know that. I'll do some research and see what I can find out. Do you know what generation(s)?

Are there any updates regarding another run of arms? I need to purchase another brand if not.

It's a no go. We met his quota, but he decided it wasn't worth the hassle...

Unfortunate, but I suppose that I understand his dilemma. At least there are other choices. I liked the look of his, but any arm that is as strong and as well constructed will work and it’s not like they can be seen at the track.
