I am finally getting the motor back together but there is one prob that occured when doing so. WHen i put the intake manifold back on the coolant inlet for the turbo was directly in the way of the throttle body, any way to work around this problem, I might be that there is a rediculous turbo in thier. What do you think? Some one please let me know.... Nick

I'm guessing you are having the problem with the exit side of the turbo water housing (banjo bolt side). You have a couple of options...
1. Go to Lowe's or Home Depot or some other store and get a male to female 5/8 inch brass fitting like the one in that thread.
2. Heat the pipe up and bend it.
3. Get a different banjo bolt and route it a different way.
With any of those solutions you may need a shorter temp sensor - some of the tuners have them.

"2. Heat the pipe up and bend it."
When you heat it, you gotta heat it up so that it's glowing red, then bend it carefully (slowly). The shape you want is like an S. It should curve upwards within 1/2" of the main body so that it can clear the compressor housing with the banjo rotated forwards. Then about 2" away from the body, it should bend back down around the compressor to place the Y-pipe at the same location as before.
