Congrats!
Except for the interior (mine was black) it looks exactly like the '86 944T that I leased as new over 30 years ago. Loved that car! Have fun!

RPM Performance in Lorton, VA - Stan Fox got the car up to par 11 years ago and then performed all the annual maintenance accordingly.

The car was in Manassas and driven 12,000 miles in 11 years, so it was a weekend car at best. Outside of a few tiny blemishes, the exterior and interior are near perfect; it's really hard to believe the car is 33 years old. It's been garaged and covered it's entire life that started out in Massachusetts, then Pennsylvania, lastly Virgina, and now with the fourth owner in California.
I know this one's not highly optioned, but I was looking more for condition and originality and this perfectly fit the bill.

That's excellent. While I've never used RPM's services, Stan has a great reputation locally. The car was in good hands and seems like it was well-maintained despite driven so little...

In additionnto to all the service records going back to 2000 and RPMs incviuces dating back to 2008, I went and met Stan and Kevin (Stan’s son) and they were good enough to talk about the car and Porsche in general on a busy shop day.
The most important thing I was looking for was originality and maintenance and this fit the bill.
Never had a red car before, but the mint cashmere interior sold me. Lots of black and tan interiors out there but try and find a cashmere one that’s not on a 911.
Wished Id had more time to enjoy the drive back, but the car drove perfectly and started easily each and every time. What else can you ask of a 33-year-old car?
