Default No power to dme relay pin 86

Gents, I have no power to pin 86 with ignition on. Car would run with jumping the relay. I'm trying to determine if it is the ignition switch as this is a track car with a hacked harness. If you could please help me diag that circuit. I'm trying to get my vems installed so I can finish my aim dash install and this is causing vems issues.

Thanks in advance.

Are you currently running with the stock DME and or do you have the stock alarm? Both those can disable power to DME relay pin 86.

Yes currently running with factory dme and no alarm.

If it gets power from the ignition switch I should be able to test that circuit, I just need to know which pin on the ignition switch to check.

I'm having the same issue - no power to pin 86. Car runs with the relay jumped. According to the schematic, power is provided by pin 15 on the ignition switch. Is it a common issue for the ignition switch fail?

Clark's garage called it fairly common, however I'm more trying to rule out wiring rather than just throw an ignition switch at it.
