Guys, I didn't say it was in GT1, I said it was in ITE. The SCCA throws the ITE cars in the GT1's (on the track at the same time) , because basically anything goes in ITE.
And yes, he has a high budget, but believe me, the GT1 guys here also have high budgets - and they are really Trans-am cars.
The fact that he stays on the same lap as they do is a joke - but that he passes the gt1 winner is almost unthinkable, considering the rules capacities.

The gossip at the track is that the current cost of the GT1 car in the picture is $250,000.
Jon Milledge was there to help the support crew. It was fun to watch how many folks came over to work on the car when it was in the pits.
