Default Another Venturi question

I removed all of the venturi system last night. The steel tubes are gone. Is it ok to just run a 3/4 " heater hose straight from the crank vent to the intake pipe? I don't want to mess with a remote catch can right now.

Thanks

The oil/air seperator has the restrictor built in, I don't think there is any other restrictor in the stock hose itself.

Someone described its purpose on an older post. You can search for that or read my attempt to remember what it said. I believe the statement was that it was added to ensure that there was adequate vacuum(or pressure) to the power brake system. Perhaps Porsche noticed soft brake assist under heavy boost. I have not noticed any problems with braking after removing the venturi mess. I also have not driven my car in a race environment. Other racers, such as TonyG, report no negative effects from yanking the ventuuri.
