Default Decoding a DME chip label - factory first?

My 1988 951's DME chip is peaking my interest. That is, it appears to be original, yet oddly hand-written. When I pulled the original clutch last year, the disk had 08/87 stamped on it. I've always figured the car was all original.

It looks like German handwriting. Anyone have a clue what it means? An early 28 pin experiment?

Were the tabs on the DME metal case bent previously where some one had opened it?

When I first opened it, it appeared to me as if the tabs were never opened. However, the cover does have some odd markings with some pencil terms in what appears to be English "first start (illegible)?" and "944T" in marker with some scribbling beside

I am curious if the chip is even stock?

Every factory chip I've seen has a silver sticker with dot-matrix looking numbers. Yours seems to say 951 220PS (i.e., 217hp); 8k EPROM version; with the "start" modified somehow....
