Question KISS Oil-Cooler

Will be installing the Kiss - Mocal addtional oil cooler kit tommorrow.

Just curious if anyone has good installation pics to share?

Will any of the stock cooler hose be deleted? cos' the package came with 2 additional hose.

Tks!

Here is a link to an installation:

It doesn't appear to be too difficult. If you wouldn't mind taking detailed pics of your install, that would be much appreciated. I am planning to do this install soon too.

I bought a couple kits a few years back and have installed the two coolers in 4 different cars (swapped them out as DE cars turned into track cars or back into street cars).

The kits may have changed a little, but Im guessing the basics are the same. You use both the original lines and also the 2 new lines. You will have to remove the alternator cooling air snorkel in that goes up into the left front fender (if its still on your car). There is some messing around to use the screws and brackets with the kit and getting the lines to fit around the brake cooling duct.

The last two times I installed the coolers, I made my own aluminum brackets and mounts, but this was done with the bumper covers off and the radiators out of the cars.

Sorry, I dont have any pictures.

Just follow the instructions, they're very clear, you do keep the stock lines as well as the 2 new ones, since the KISS cooler goes in series, keeping the stock cooler as well. I'd pull the bumper, makes the job really easy and is not difficult to do.
