where does the turbo water pump power wire come from?

where does the turbo water pump power wire come from?
I can not find the turbo water pump power wire to plug into the turbo water pump. Where does it come from, and how can I find it to plug it in?

Burning Brakes
There is a pretty large bundle of wires that comes from the driver side and off this bundle there is a 2 prong barrel like connector. Normally this large bundle is zip tied to the frame as it continues towards the front of the car.
