I know Lindsey makes an MBC that you can set and then click in so it won't accidentally get bumped and change the boost, does anyone else make an MBC with a similar feature?

Yes, we make a MBC that will lock in place. It is called the AccuBoost and currently can be purchased from one of our distributors. This is not a bleed type controller, but a true gated controller, providing a much improved turbo spool up.
