Well, so I've realized now where my discrepancy is...and it's a bit of a silly mistake.

I was using a dyno ramp rate way too fast for this car. Had been using 500rpm/sec but the car actually sees closer to 200rpm/sec on the road in 4th gear. I'll update with my exact results when I have time to take a log and post up, but turns out I'm actually seeing 1bar closer to 3200rpm in 4th on the road...
