Look for other lights on the dash to come up at the same time. They are connected directly meaning that whichever light triggers the central warning light should come on simultaneously. If you don't get anything else to come on, check that all your bulbs work (initial key turn... There are some lights that should come on, or pull IC and check them manually). Otherwise you may have a short in the IC somewhere making that light turn on (improbbable). Good luck.

There is a low voltage warning light that will also come on but unless the voltage is very low the light may be too dim to see in daylight and barely a glow at night.
