Can I use a DME from a regular 944 and use it on a 944 turbo? Assuming, of course, I install the appropriate chip and it has the correct number of pins. Thanks...

The Bosch part number is almost exactly the same as the 951 DME, except the last number, or last two, are different.

From what I have read, you can not swap them. There is additional hardware to interface the DME with the KLR that is not in the NA DME.
