Has anyone had oil leaking at this area with car just sitting? .?

I haven't had this specific leak but my best guess from your photo would be that the 2 crush washers for the large banjo bolt got deformed and are not creating a tight seal. Replacing those will likely eliminate the leak.

you will want to drain the oil first - that bolt is below the oil level so it will all spill out !

Is that a crack just below the fitting? You can seal it with Loctite 290 without removing the pan if you drain the oil and follow the Loctite directions.

Here's the seal ring (26x31x2):
