It seems that every time I come across them while working on someone's car, things do not fit well and they need to be tweaked or forced. Then you need to bend/dent the aftermarket part for an OEM Porsche part adjacent to it, to fit.
I don't have any use or time for stuff like that. I feel your pain considering what you paid.

They sent me a front lower spoiler for my early 944 and it was so badly beat from the factory it could not be used. When I received it and tried to return it they told me my body shop guy had sabotaged it. They called the cops on me for harassment. Nice work auto Atlanta. *** holes. Great customer service

I find it interesting that all of the fasteners that I've looked at on their site for my car, are an even $1.00...when from the other Porsche dealer I buy from, they are priced, $0.23, $0.37, etc.
Not a big deal if you are ordering one speed nut, but it makes a big difference if you are ordering 24.
Well at least its a place to go on-line to view the parts catalog.

I bought two of those H-T short shift kits a few years ago but got them on ebay for $58. One fit OK, the other was as loose as a Saigon *****. I can't fathom the fact that AA charged you that much when you can buy a good Schnell or Weltmeister SS kit for equal or less. I found out real quick that Hamburg-Technics is nothing more than Shanghai-FU when it comes down to QC issues after buying ball joints for an older BMW. Make them take it back, trust me, it will fail at the worst time. YMMV
