Just curious as to why my oil pressure gauge started acting a little erratic at idle. What I mean by erratic is no skip or change in the engine note or exhaust, but the gauge needle acts as if someone is occasionally flicking it with their finger making it bounce up and down, almost like it is losing the signal then gaining it back again. Doesn't happen every second, just once ever 10 or 20 seconds or so. Sometimes not at all. Under driving, acceleration or constant speed no problems whatsoever.
